Privacy policy

What we collect. When you request an appointment we collect your name, phone number, vehicle details and what you told us about the problem — the information we need to call you back and book the work. Nothing else.

How we use it. To confirm and manage your appointment, keep your vehicle's service history, and contact you about work you've asked for. We may remind you about upcoming service you've discussed with us.

What we don't do. We don't sell your information, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for.

Ad measurement. This site measures how people find us — which ad, search or link brought you here, which pages you looked at, and whether you called or requested an appointment. We use it to know which advertising is worth paying for, and it's shared with Google's advertising tools for that measurement. It's on by default. You can turn it off any time with the "Ad measurement" link in the footer of every page; we remember that choice for 90 days. Turning it off doesn't change anything about the service you get.

Service records. We keep maintenance and repair records for your vehicle — they're what keeps your manufacturer warranty documented. You can request a copy of your records any time.
